From May to August the 1st edition of 'Dongo Music Festival' will take place in different beautiful locations in Dongo.
Programme:
- Monday, 8th May at 8.45pm - Sala d'Oro (Palazzo Manzi): Misha Quint (cello) and Antonio Di Cristofano (piano) - Music by Fauré, Schubert and Shostakovic - free admission;
- Saturday, 27th May at 8.45pm - Church of St. Maria in Martinico: Corale Laurenziana "G. D'Amato", conductor: Ezio Molinetti - Music by Picchi and Gonod;
- Saturday, 10th June at 8.45pm - Shrine of Our Lady of Tears: Claude Hauri (cello) - Music by Bach;
- Friday, 30th June at 8.45pm - Church of St. Maria in Martinico: Monet Quartet (bassoon and string trio) - Music by Mozart, Tchaikowsky and Devienne;
- Friday, 14th July at 9pm - Parvis of the Church of St. Maria in Martinico: Trio Tri': Samuele Provenzi (guitar), Lorenzo Ottaviani (guitar) and Ettore Marcolini (percussion) - Music by Bellinati, Reich, Piazzolla and Beatles - In case of bad weather the event will be held inside the church;
- Sunday, 23rd July at 9pm - Parvis of the Church of St. Maria in Martinico: Quartetto Matrix - Music by Haendel, Bach, Beethoven and Vivaldi - In case of bad weather the event will be held inside the church;
- Friday, 4th August at 9pm - Sala d'Oro (Palazzo Manzi): Federica Caratti (transverse flute) and Annamaria Simonelli (piano) - Music by Moquet, Chaminade, Mozart, Donizetti, Gluck and Bizet - free admission.
