B&B Zia Vivina is characterized by a quiet family management within a renovated typical stone building.
The structure offers splendid rooms with bright colours ready to satisfy everyone’s desires. There are rooms with views of the garden or for those who prefer the mountains, it is possible to spend the night with a view of the mountains of the Valchiavenna.
The B&B is situated in the Pian di Spagna Nature Reserve and Lake Mezzola, next to the shore of upper Lake Como and the crossroads between the Valtellina and the Valchiavenna. This is the ideal position for walks on foot or on horseback, bird watching, mountain excursions, bike rides on the cycling track which runs along the River Adda and water sports in the nearby Lake Lario.
The B&B is equipped with:

• Suite "Onorio" for 2-3 people (possibility of another single bed) with a King Size bed and private bathroom. The use of a shared kitchen for breakfast is included in the fee; 
• Apartment “Nero & Bianco” for 6-7 people on the first floor with an equipped kitchen with a sofa bed and double bunk bed, double room (possibility of another single bed), bathroom with shower and balcony.
