On Saturday 12th August from 2pm to 7.15pm the event "Rites of love dedicated to nature" will be held in Brenzio (fraz. Gravedona ed Uniti) presented by Agribenessere la Sorgente.
During the day different mantras, gestures, rites and thoughts will be shown, for example a workshop of natural deying and a yoga session in honor of the Earth. Then a break with natural food will be offered.
It will be necessary to have a notebook and a apron, while for yoga session you need a towel and comfortable clothes.
Programme:
- at 2pm: meeting point at the yard of the Church of Brenzio and departure;
- at 2.30pm to 4.30pm: creative worksho of natural dyeing (theory lesson and practice);
- at 4.40pm to 5.20pm: yoga - rite for the Earth;
- at 5.30pm to 6pm: break with natural fruits;
- at 6pm to 7pm: workshop of natural dyeing (second part);
- at 7pm: closing circle.
Prices:
Participation fee € 69 / € 65 (So'ham members). The fee includes all the dyeing material.
