Foresteria Marina Apartments is located on the lakeside promenade of Colico, a historic holiday resort in the Lake Como region. The beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, pier and the train station are all within walking distance. Colico is the ideal destination for kitesurfing, windsurfing, hiking or cycling in the surrounding mountains or simply relaxing on the beautiful beaches in contact with nature.
The building that houses the Marina Apartments was completely renovated in 2018, and included the construction of four units, each with its own entrance, fully-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Guests have exclusive use of the tables and fenced-off area on the piazza of Colico.
Foresteria Marina apartments has:

• “Comacina” Apartment (one-room) of 35 sqm on the first floor for up to 4 people, with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony
• “Bellagio” Apartment (two-rooms) of 38 sqm on the ground floor for up to 4 people, with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and access from the internal courtyard
• “Legnone” Apartment (two-rooms) of 40 sqm on the first floor for up to 4 people, with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower
• “Varenna” Apartment (two-rooms) of 33 sqm on the ground floor for up to 4 people, with double bed, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and  outdoor area in front of the private entrance.
