- “Pera” on the ground floor for up to 6 people, with living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, private garden with partial lake view, also suitable for people with disabilities
- “Limone” on the first floor for up to 4 people, with living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom, balcony with lake view
- “Arancia” on the first floor for up to 10 people, with living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms, balcony with lake view
- “Nocciola”, “Mandorla” and “Castagna” apartments on the second floor for up to 4 people, with living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom, balcony with lake view
- “Fragola” apartment on the third floor for up to 4 people, with living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and balcony with lake view
The Collina degli Ulivi is located in the Yellow Building, and is divided into 6 apartments:
- “Maurino” and “Leccino” apartments on the ground floor for up to 7 people with living room, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom (double bed plus a single bed), two bathrooms, terrace and garden with lake view
- “Carolea” and “Frantoio” apartments on the first floor for up to 4 people with living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom, balcony with lake view
- “Coratina” apartment on the first floor for up to 6 people, with living room, kitchenette, one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with lake view
- “Bosana” apartment on the second floor for up to 4 people with living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony with lake view
La Collinetta is located in the White Building and has an incredible view of the lake and a private swimming pool. It is divided into 3 apartments plus one slightly further back:

- “Girasole” apartment on the ground floor for up to 6 people, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and private garden with barbecue
- “Margherita” apartment on the ground floor for up to 6 people, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and private garden with barbecue
- “Magnolia” apartment, slightly further back, next to the swimming pool of La Collina and La Collina degli Ulivi, on the ground floor for up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), living room and kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom and private garden with barbecue
