How to get there
How to get to Musso by car from the Alto Lario (Upper Lake): take the SS340 Regina Road in the direction of Menaggio until you reach Dongo. Just before the tunnel take the road on the right following the directions to Musso and Pianello del Lario. Continue to the centre of Musso and park your car in the parking areas on the right or left of the road.
You can also reach Musso by bus, with the C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico Line of the ASF Autolinee Bus Service (Piazza Medicea stop) and, only during the summer season, with the Navigazione Laghi-Lago di Como boat service.

An easy and pleasant walk that coasts along the western bank of Lake Como from Musso to Cremia. The route is almost flat and is recommended for families with children, even with prams.

Route
From the car park, head down towards the lake in the direction of the imbarcadero (boat station). Once in front of the pier, the path develops to the right but if you continue to the left, you will reach the beautiful port of Musso, which is worth a visit. Go back to the boat station and continue straight in a southerly direction.
Once in Pianello del Lario walk past the municipal port and the Lake Como International Museum of Vintage Boats. Once at the boat station, continue along the lakeside promenade, passing near the Church of San Martino and some camping areas. The landscape along the way is magnificent, with a stunning view of Monte Legnone and the mountains surrounding the Lake. The path also passes through some beautiful beaches.
Continue straight alongside the lake until you reach the “Lumin” Hotel Restaurant and from there, after a few steps, the Church of San Vito, which gives its name to the district of Cremia overlooking the lake.

Notes
Along the lakeside promenade there are some bars and restaurants where you can stop for a break.
