It has a ground floor with a large living area, very bright, with open-plan kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances. The living area leads to a well-kept garden and to the pool area where you can relax and have breakfast, read a book, sunbathe and finish the day with a lovely barbecue in the company of friends. The ground floor has 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 beautifully furnished double rooms.
