Approach
Menaggio – San Siro (loc. Rezzonico) – go up to the mountain hamlets for 8 km to Monti di Gallio (Loc. Montuglio).
Route
From Montuglio take the unpaved road on the left and follow it in its entirety (through the roadblock) up to about 1400 m where the road makes a bend to the left. Here you leave the track and go up to the north-west to the bridges of Bregagnino (altitude 1905 m); Here turn right heading north to a small depression, then follow the ridge to the west then swerving to wide slopes with the same direction you get to the top.
Descent by the same route of the ascent (you can avoid going down the track from the clear nozzle on the left with guaranteed snow still coming on the road, in the vicinity of the roadblock).
Warnings
