The Residence Riva del Lario is on the western shore of Lake Como, a few steps away from the shore in front of one of the town’s four piazzas. From the big terrace of the Ristorante Le Terrazze, as well as from the Residence’s balconies, you will be able to admire a magnificent view of the lake and the big surrounding valleys reflected in the water.
The structure, operating since 1938 and recently renovated, is equipped with finely furnished apartments with every comfort and a relaxation area with an equipped solarium on the first floor that will plunge you into a magical and relaxing atmosphere.
The nearby free beach, the numerous cycling tracks and the embarcadero will allow you to have a holiday of relaxation and adventure discovering the pearls of our lake.
The Residence is equipped with:

• 5 single rooms with 2 beds, including equipped kitchenette, small corner lounge, double bed and private bathroom with shower
• 4 double rooms with 2+2 bed spaces, including equipped kitchenette, small corner lounge, double bed, sofa bed and private bathroom with shower

On the ground floor, you will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, also by candlelight, at the Ristorante Le Terrazze.
