Cantina & Bottega is a small wine shop with kitchen in Gravedona and Uniti, on the shores of the enchanting Lake Como. The restaurant is the result of a skilful restoration of an old fifteenth-century wine cellar located in the historic centre of Gravedona, to which the splendour of the past has been restored.
The fulcrum of the restaurant is precisely the large cellar where the Enoteca (wine bar) is, with a wide selection of Italian wines from small wineries that work in respect of their land, and the Bottega (shop), where you can buy natural, organic and artisanal products of small producers that represent the gastronomic excellence of Italy. Nearby the cellar there is a small room with fireplace, once used as a tavern, which can accommodate those looking for peace and quietly to enjoy a good glass of wine, to celebrate a special occasion or for a romantic dinner.
The cuisine offers natural foods and dishes cooked with high quality ingredients following simple recipes, in order to enhance the Italian tradition and gastronomic culture. Daily dishes are prepared according to the availability of raw materials, in addition to a selection of meats and cheeses. It is also possible to organize personalized wine tastings, upon reservation.
