Gnocc cul cugia


Ingredients for 4 people:
• 550 gr of flour 00
• 200 gr of clarified butter
• 2 medium-sized potatoes
• 200 gr o Semùda
• Water and salt to taste
• Garlic
• Thyme, rosemary and sage

Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 40 minutes

Mix the flour with water until you get a soft dough, add a pinch of salt and let it rest for 30 min. In a large pot boil some water lightly salted and cook the potatoes cut into pieces.
With a spoon, put the dough pieces in the boiling water. Prepare the semuda by cutting into pieces. Let the butter melt with garlic and the herbs.
After 10 minutes of cooking, drain the gnocchi dough in a bowl, add butter and semuda and mix until the cheese has melted.
