Ingredients for 1 person:
• 1 stream trout
• white wine to taste
• salt-pepper to taste
• herbs
• 1 tomato

Preparation: 20 minutes
Season the trout with the herbs and place it in foil with tomatoes, lemon, salt and pepper. Add white wine, close the foil, cook for 10 minutes in the oven at 180.
Serve with seasonal vegetables.
